🚀What you will do
As an Account Manager New Business, you are responsible for generating new business and expanding our customer base. You focus on proactively approaching prospects, identifying commercial opportunities, and building long‑term relationships with new clients.
You know where opportunities lie in the market and you’re not afraid to take initiative. Through outreach, events, referrals, and your own network, you create new connections and build a strong sales pipeline. You speak with decision‑makers, deliver convincing demos and presentations, and translate customer needs into fitting solutions.
From first contact to signed agreement, you are in the lead. You prepare proposals and quotes, monitor the progress of commercial trajectories, and ensure a reliable forecast. You work closely with colleagues from marketing, consultancy, and support to provide prospects with an excellent customer journey.
In addition to achieving commercial goals, you actively contribute to market development. You follow trends, identify opportunities, and share insights that support the continued growth of our organisation.

You have experience in a commercial field role, account management or business development.
You are a strong communicator who can convince and engage different stakeholders.
You have experience with consultative selling and think from the customer’s needs.
You work independently, take initiative and are results‑oriented.
You are skilled at building and maintaining a professional network.
You have experience with CRM systems and work in a structured way.
You are analytical enough to quickly understand customer processes and commercial opportunities.
Affinity with SaaS solutions, HR, learning & development or education is a plus.

What we offer
A contract of 32 to 40 hours per week
A salary between €3.000,= and €6.000,= per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience and expertise
