At Paragin Group, a fast-growing EdTech SaaS scale-up with a strong product portfolio and more than 120 colleagues, we’re looking for a Digital Marketeer. Someone who’s hands-on, curious, and ready to help us grow our reach and impact through data, experimentation, and technology. 
 
You will be part of a multidisciplinary marketing team of four colleagues: a content marketeer, a graphic designer, a growth marketeer and your manager. Together, we work on marketing for all 9 products within the Paragin Group, functioning like an internal agency with plenty of room for ideas and initiative. 


🚀What you will do

  • Build and optimize lead & demand generation campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email. 

  • Use AI tools and automation to make marketing more personal and efficient at scale. 

  • Improve our websites and landing pages, both technically and for conversion. 

  • Take ownership of our tracking, analytics, and data insights to make better decisions. 

  • Collaborate with Sales on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns that re-engage leads and boost win rates. 

  • Keep an eye on what’s changing in marketing tech, privacy, and data, and bring new ideas to the table. 

Job requirements

💡What you bring

  • ±3 years of experience in a similar role or knows how to convince us of their skills and ideas. 

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing/communication).  

  • Feels at home with our marketing stack with tools like HubSpot, Clay, N8N, Webflow, Asana, and enjoys diving into everything from analytics to AI! 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English. 

  • Hands-on, analytical, and love seeing the impact of your work. 

  • Know your way around website CMS systems like Webflow.  

  • You love using technology to work smarter and amplify impact. 

  • Confident in planning, running, and optimizing digital campaigns. 

  • Use AI tools naturally in your work; for research, content, targeting, and insights. 

  • Think in terms of systems and automation, but also know how to bring ideas to life. 

  • Can take a project from concept to execution and deliver measurable results. 

  • Enjoy working with an ambitious, fast-moving team where initiative is valued.

📍Contract details

  • Competitive salary, 29 vacation days (based on a 40-hour workweek), expense reimbursement and pension scheme.
