Job description

Do you want to make a real impact on strategic decision-making as a finance professional?

And do you enjoy working in an environment where you collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple countries and disciplines?
Then this FP&A Controller role is for you.

🚀What you will do

As an FP&A Controller, you play a critical role in executing strategy and improving financial performance across the EMEA organization. You work closely with the FP&A team, country divisions, and regional managementteams, acting as a trusted sparring partner to senior management and commercial stakeholders.

You develop and maintain KPIs and reports used for monthly reviews, forecasts, and strategic decision-making. At the same time, you improve transparency and consistency in financial and operational data, from transaction level up to consolidated EMEA level.

In addition, you analyze business performance and translate variances and external developments into clear insights, scenarios, and actionable recommendations. You proactively identify risks, opportunities, and trade-offs and play a key role in the forecasting process, including gap analysis and benchmarking.

You will often be involved at the strategic level, for example supporting the CFO in analysis of new M&A opportunities and developing use cases for AI in our finance function.

You also contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting and planning processes and monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

Your team

You will be part of the EMEA Finance organization in an international, matrix-driven environment. In this role, you collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders, acting as a connecting and content-driven sparring partner.
