Build strong partnerships and international growth,
become our Partnerships Manager and make an impact within and outside Paragin.
Job description
Do you want to build strategic partnerships that accelerate Paragin’s international growth? In this role, you will work with leading partners across Europe and help develop partnerships into one of the most important commercial growth channels of our organisation.
🚀What you will do
As a Partnerships Manager, you are responsible for developing, maintaining and growing our strategic partner relationships. You translate the partnership strategy into concrete actions and ensure that partners can successfully contribute to Paragin’s growth.
You work with exam boards, educational publishers and commercial partners in the Benelux, Germany, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. Together, you develop account plans and joint go‑to‑market activities that create new commercial opportunities and strengthen existing collaborations.
You are the main point of contact for your partners. You guide new partners through onboarding, support them with training and commercial enablement, and ensure they have the right knowledge, materials and support to successfully position our software in the market. You also keep partners informed about product developments and organise webinars, events and joint campaigns together with Marketing.
In addition, you build and manage a structured partner pipeline in HubSpot. You monitor the progress of commercial opportunities, ensure accurate registration, and work closely with colleagues from New Business, Customer Growth, Marketing and Product to convert partner‑generated leads into new customers.
You analyse results, identify market developments and propose improvements to further professionalise our partner approach. In doing so, you contribute to building a scalable and predictable partner channel that plays an increasingly significant role in Paragin Group’s international growth.

💡What you bring

Ideally, you have experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
You excel at building and developing strategic relationships.
You think commercially and know how to turn opportunities into sustainable partnerships.
You work in a structured way and are used to steering on pipeline, KPIs and commercial results.
You have experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
You communicate easily with different stakeholders, both internally and externally.
You have strong command of both Dutch and English.
Experience with international collaboration or indirect sales channels is a valuable plus.
