Job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer who is not only strong in visual design but also has a good eye for user experience.

What you will do:

As a UI Designer, you’ll work closely with our team lead, other UX designers, product managers, stakeholders, and developers across the organization. Your main responsibilities will include designing attractive, user-friendly, and consistent digital interfaces, as well as further developing our design system. Additionally, you’ll contribute to improving our SaaS applications and provide design support to our development teams.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and developing various design solutions for our SaaS applications.

  • Design visual elements, components and prototypes/designs based on the design system for our SaaS software.

  • Contributing to, helping maintain and expanding the design system.

  • Presenting designs/prototypes for development/stakeholders and supporting their implementation.

  • Contributing ideas to improve the design and development process.

  • Proactively staying up to date with trends and developments in UI/UX.

Job requirements

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a UI Designer.

  • Experience with Figma (component-based design, prototyping, auto-layout, variables).

  • A strong portfolio with examples of your work (web + mobile) and an explanation of your role and design decisions.

  • Basic knowledge of UX principles such as usability, navigation structures, etc.

  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.

  • A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to switch between strategy and execution.

  • A driver’s license is helpful, as we work across multiple locations.

Bonus:

  • Experience with (SaaS) software, education, development, and assessment.

  • Experience collaborating across different front-end teams.
